Privacy Policy

Cheerdrop is a website that lets anyone launch a Pump.fun coin on Solana tied to a Twitch channel. The coin's creator fees are collected automatically and paid to that channel as Twitch Bits by an automated bot. This policy explains what information we handle in the process. It applies to cheerdrop.fun and any subdomain.

Cheerdrop has no user accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to log into, for a launcher or for a streamer. Launching a coin only needs a Solana wallet connected in your browser for the one signature that sends the launch transaction; we never receive or store your wallet's private key.

• The Twitch channel a coin names. When a coin is launched, we look up that channel's public Twitch profile (its display name, avatar and Affiliate/Partner status) to check it can be paid and to show it on the site.
• Wallet addresses. The launcher's wallet address, and the fee wallet Cheerdrop derives for the coin, are both recorded and shown on the coin's page.
• Blockchain records. Coin launches and fee collections happen on Solana, a public blockchain. We index and display them, including the amounts collected and owed.
• Uploaded logos. A logo image a launcher uploads for a coin is stored and served publicly alongside that coin, the same as its name and description.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time, requested page) kept for security and debugging.

We do not run analytics trackers or advertising pixels. We do not collect payment card details, email addresses or any other personal information from launchers or streamers.

• To check a channel is a Twitch Affiliate or Partner before a coin can be launched for it, and again daily.
• To collect a coin's creator fees and pay the streamer's share out as Bits, cheered by our automated bot in their chat.
• To show public pages for each coin and streamer, including fees collected and paid.
• To keep the service running and secure.

Wallet addresses (the launcher's and the coin's fee wallet), the coin's name, ticker, description and uploaded logo, and the named streamer's public Twitch profile data (display name, avatar, Affiliate/Partner status) are all shown publicly on the coin's and streamer's pages. Anything written to the Solana blockchain, including transaction signatures and fee amounts, is public and permanent regardless of what Cheerdrop displays.

Cheerdrop does not set its own cookies. Only the cookies Next.js, our web framework, may set for the site to function are used. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Your wallet extension, if you connect one, may store its own connection state; that is controlled by the wallet, not by us.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run Cheerdrop:

• The Twitch API, to look up and periodically re-check a channel's public profile and payout eligibility.
• Solana RPC providers that relay our transactions and reads to the blockchain.
• Our hosting and database providers, which store the data described above.
• Our card and exchange providers, used only to buy Twitch Bits with already-collected fees; they never receive streamer data.
• Authorities, if required by a valid legal request.

Coin, fee and payout records are kept for as long as the coin is listed, because they are what makes each payout verifiable. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Blockchain records cannot be deleted by anyone.

A streamer who does not want a coin naming their channel, or who wants no further coins launched for it, can ask us to delist that channel. We will stop new launches for it and pay out any balance already held for it as one final cheer. Existing coins and their on-chain history are not deleted, since they live on the public blockchain and cannot be removed by us.

Cheerdrop is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we will review it.
