Terms of Service

Cheerdrop is a launch and payout service: it helps a launcher create a Pump.fun coin on Solana tied to a Twitch channel, collects the creator fees that coin earns, and pays them out to that channel as Twitch Bits, keeping a stated 10% fee for running the service.

Cheerdrop does not create, sell, promote or guarantee the value of any coin. A coin's price, supply and liquidity are set entirely by trading on Pump.fun, which Cheerdrop does not control. We make no promise that any coin will have or keep any value, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy a coin.

Anyone can launch a coin for any eligible Twitch channel without that streamer's permission, sign-up or knowledge. A coin naming a streamer, and a streamer receiving Bits from that coin's fees, does not mean the streamer created, endorses, or is in any way affiliated with or responsible for that coin, its launcher, or anything said about it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to launch a coin. You must not use Cheerdrop if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where interacting with cryptocurrency tokens is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations on anything received through the service.

• You launch with your own wallet and pay the Pump.fun and Cheerdrop launch fees yourself. Cheerdrop does not custody launcher funds.
• Only Twitch Affiliate and Partner channels can be paid. Eligibility is checked against the Twitch API at launch and again daily.
• You must not use a channel name to impersonate, defraud, harass or defame anyone, or to falsely suggest an endorsement.
• You are solely responsible for a coin's name, symbol, logo, description and any claims made about it.

Cheerdrop collects a coin's creator fees periodically. Of what is collected, Cheerdrop keeps a fee, currently 10%, and the remainder is held for and eventually paid to the named streamer as Twitch Bits, cheered in their own chat by an automated bot. The current rate is shown on the site and may change for future collections by updating the site.

Payouts depend on Twitch continuing to allow the automated bot to cheer in the streamer's chat. If Twitch challenges, restricts or bans the bot, or the streamer's chat becomes unreachable for any reason, Cheerdrop may pause payouts to that streamer until the issue is resolved. Balances already collected are held, not lost, while paused.

• Impersonating another person or pretending to be authorised by them.
• Interfering with the service, its wallets, its indexer, its automated bot, or other users, including through automated abuse.
• Using Cheerdrop to launder money, evade sanctions, or facilitate any illegal activity.
• Uploading logos or descriptions that infringe someone's rights or that are unlawful.
• Attempting to trigger, bait or spam the automated bot outside the normal cheer it sends for a payout.

Cryptocurrency tokens are volatile and can lose all value. Smart contracts and automated software can contain bugs. Blockchains can halt or reorganise. Twitch can change its Bits system, suspend accounts, or restrict automated chat activity, any of which can delay or stop payouts. Cheerdrop is provided on an experimental basis.

Nothing on Cheerdrop is financial, legal or tax advice. Do your own research and never commit funds you cannot afford to lose.

Cheerdrop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of displayed data, or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheerdrop and the people who build it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of coins, funds, profits, Bits or data, arising from your use of the service, the Solana network, Pump.fun, Twitch, or any coin. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee Cheerdrop actually retained from the coin the claim concerns in the 12 months before the claim.

Cheerdrop is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch, Pump.fun, Solana, or any exchange. Their names are used only to identify the platforms the service builds on. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or stop the service at any time. Balances already collected for a streamer are held and paid out as a final cheer if the service or a streamer's listing is discontinued.
